Tenant Rental Program
A resident home owner in Mountain View can transfer their social or golf membership privileges through a tenant lease of at least one month. The tenant shall pay a one-time administrative fee to the Club and the owner will continue to pay all applicable monthly dues, fees and assessments associated with their membership.
The tenant will be issued a temporary membership account for billing of all goods, services and dining charges during their stay. During the rental period, the home owner shall be restricted to dining privileges at the Club.
A tenant shall be limited to two years participation in any combination of the golf tenant rental program and the Preview program regardless of the number of homes they have rented.
