Former Wolfgang Puck Executive Chef Jorge Martinez began his career in 1999 at Spago Beverly Hills. He showed such incredible promise and potential that Spago Executive Chef Lee Hefter offered him a scholarship to study at the Apicius Culinary School in Florence, Italy. Over the last two decades, Chef Jorge rose through the culinary ranks of Wolfgang Puck’s organization where he managed many properties.
In 2012, Chef Jorge moved to Las Vegas to work as the Executive Sous Chef at Trattoria del Lupo. Within two years, he was recognized for his exceptional culinary skills and creativity and was promoted to Chef de Cuisine. He was then transferred to Spago Bachelor Gulch in Colorado. In October 2016 Chef Jorge accepted the Executive Chef position at La Quinta Cliffhouse Grill and Bar where he successfully created a unique dining experience while increasing revenues.
As our Executive Chef, Jorge boasts a rich and diverse culinary background. He spent the last several years honing his culinary and kitchen management skills to provide quality experiences featuring exquisite foods and fine wines. We are sure you will enjoy his savory and delicious offerings.
